Christmas is a time of joy and wonder for us as a church as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. At Christmas time, we love to open an invitation for everyone to come and share the celebration with us.
When: 6-7PM on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24th December
Where Rosalie Baptist Church on the corner of Ellena & Fernberg
What: An evening of carols and reflecting on the heart of Christmas
The message of Christmas tells the story of a world that was broken, hurting and shrouded in chaos and the God who looked on His creation with love, choosing to step into the broken world and do something about it. God sent His only Son, born of a young woman in an animal shelter, in a small country town, to shine a light of hope that would radically change the world forever.
As 2020, a year of infamy we will not soon forget, draws to a close, surely we all need the message of hope, love and peace that is Christmas! We would love to welcome you to share one hour of your Christmas Eve with us as we joyously sing of the hope we have because of Christmas. After spending so much of this year alone, what better way to celebrate than meeting with the local community and sharing the Christmas spirit.
This event will run under a COVID Safe Plan and registration via QR code will be required upon arrival. We will endeavour to provide a safe and hygienic environment for this celebration. It is not necessary, but to help with our organisation of the event, please fill in your name, e-mail and the number of people coming in the RSVP form below:
